Pharmacology:Pharmacodynamics:Sildenafil is a potent phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor which constitutes the standard of medical care following erectile dysfunction treatment. During erectile dysfunction treatment sildenafil inhibits phosphodiesterase (PDE), an enzyme within the smooth muscle cells of the penis, that results in increased blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. Sildenafil is well absorbed and well tolerated and its efficacy is directly related to a reduction in bodyweight. Sildenafil has no significant effect on erectile function when given with sexual stimulation. Since sexual stimulation is required of sildenafil in order to cause the erection to be extended, this prescription medication is not expected to cause an increase in erection size. Sildenafil is not used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), although PAH is a more serious health condition. Sildenafil has no effect on erectile function when given with sexual stimulation. Sexual stimulation is required of sildenafil in order to cause the erection to be extended. In fact, sildenafil is not normally taken on an as a daily or an as aas-neededbaseline level. However, it is thought that sexual stimulation may be required of sildenafil in order to cause the erection to be extended. A dose of 1 gm-2 may be sufficient for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Since erectile dysfunction is associated with reduced quality of sexual intercourse, sildenafil 1 gm-2 is thought to be sufficient for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The efficacy of sildenafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction is directly related to this reduction in stimulation. In fact, erectile dysfunction is related to reduced stimulation. Since stimulation is related to improved erection, when stimulation is required of sildenafil, this prescription medication is thought to be sufficient for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. As with any medical treatment, sildenafil is thought to be effective only if treatment is extended by 1/100th of the original original standard. In PAH, doses of 1 gm-2 of sildenafil are thought to be sufficient for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. A 1 gm-2 dose of sildenafil is thought to be enough for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Since a daily dose of 1 gm-2 in the case of PAH is thought to be sufficient for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. As with other prescription medicines, sildenafil 1 gm-2 is thought to be sufficient for the treatment of PAH. Since a dose of 5 gm-2 of sildenafil is thought to be sufficient for the treatment of PAH, a 1 gm-2 dose of sildenafil is thought to be sufficient for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
